Roots is a wilderness skills program for homeschoolers where we spend an entire day out in the woods. The program is designed to honor and develop the passions and skills of the participants in a wilderness setting. Together we learn the ways of the forest through fire building, shelter construction, rope-making, bone and stone tool making, animal tracking, sensory awareness, games, exploring and having fun.

  December: 6, 13, 20

  January: 10, 24

  February: 7, 14

  March: 6, 13, 20, 27

  April: 3, 10*, 24

  May: 1, 8, 15, 22, 29

  (dates with an * are overnights and will run into the following day)
