All programs require children to have a basic fitness level that allows them to carry their backpack with them while wandering in the woods and engaging in physical tasks such as running, climbing and generally moving throughout the day.

Program activity depends on the age level, interests and weather each day. Younger aged programs won't be wandering as far, but still involve moderate physical activity and the ability to carry a backpack with food and personal gear. Older aged programs may involve significant hikes while carrying personal gear.
